Returns and exchanges

Not happy with your order? You can return it within 14 days after it was delivered. Send me a message first through the contact page, and I'll help you out.

• The item has to be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• You pay for the return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or I sent the wrong item.
• After I receive the return, I refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
• Prefer a different leader or version? An exchange is possible too. Just let me know when you message me.

Custom-made items

Items made to your own specifications, like a custom playmat with your own image, are made just for you. These can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or with a printing fault.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, message me within 14 days of delivery with a photo. I'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for free until it has shipped. Custom-made items can only be cancelled before I start making them.
