Made to order

Every order is printed and finished by hand in the Netherlands. It ships within 3–5 business days after you order.

Tracked shipping

All orders ship with tracking. You'll get an email with the tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. The shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout.

Delivery times after shipping

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Germany and Belgium: 2–4 business days
• France, Spain, Italy, Austria and the United Kingdom: 2–6 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3–12 business days
• United States: 5–20 business days. International parcels to the US can sometimes take up to 4 weeks.
• Canada, Japan and Singapore: 5–15 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 10–30 business days

These are estimates from the carrier. Busy periods and customs checks can add a few days.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, your country's customs may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These depend on your country's rules.
